~Counting the sheep help you sleep~

Our fluffy friends have long been thought of as shepherdesses of slumber, but it turns out we've had the wool pulled over our eyes.

Scientists recently found techniques involving more complicated tasks, were more effective. Try counting backwards from 1000 in groups of seven. or from 300 in 3 threes. If the numbers aren't your thing, imagine being an astronaut on a space walk, floating weightlessly around the earth, watching it rotate. Or simply picture your favorite place to be. If that happen to be a in a field full of sheep, then you need to get out more (Michael Breus; The Sleep Doctor; Oxford University).
